(Hint: They’re the FAQs your customers keep asking.)

Think about the last time you bought a car.
You probably didn’t walk onto the forecourt without doing a bit of digging first. You checked the specs online, compared different models, maybe even watched a video or two about the car’s features. By the time you arrived at the dealership, you were halfway to “yes.” The sale didn’t start when you met the dealer, it started with the information.
Now, apply that thinking to your own business.
The Questions You Keep Getting Asked = Ready-Made FAQs for content
If customers regularly email or message you with the same questions, guess what? That’s your next 3 social media posts, a blog, or even an email newsletter right there.
Here are some examples of how to turn FAQs into content:
“How does your process work?” - Turn it into a step-by-step post or short video.
“How much does it cost?” - Write a transparent pricing blog or post an infographic.
“Can you help with XYZ?” - Create a carousel or reel with all the ways you can help.
Why This Works:
People like to do their research. If they can find helpful, trustworthy answers to their questions before they speak to you, they're far more likely to reach out. This means you're not “selling” from a cold start, you're reinforcing what they already believe: You’re the right person for the job.
In marketing terms, this is called warming up your audience or shortening the sales cycle. The trust begins with the content you share.
How to Do It:
Check your inbox or DMs: Look for repeat questions.
Turn each question into a piece of content:
A social media post series ("Top 3 FAQs we get asked")
A blog article ("Everything You Need to Know Before Working With Us")
An email ("Wondering if we’re a good fit? Here’s what most people ask first")
Share it consistently: Post the content across platforms and link back to your website.
Pro Tip:
Use stories, real client examples (with permission), or behind-the-scenes content to bring your answers to life. People love seeing the human side of your business.
The next time someone asks you a question in your inbox, don’t just answer it, amplify it. Because chances are, if one person is asking, ten others are wondering the same thing.
And just like buying a car, those answers might be all someone needs to decide you’re the perfect fit, before they’ve even said hello.
